1. Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided with your return request.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods such as certain candies with limited shelf life.
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective item, you are eligible for an exchange. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will send you a replacement at no additional cost. You may also request an exchange for a different product, subject to availability.
5. Shipping for Returns
To return your product, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
